Back Office Coordinator (Intern/Fresher)
to support our administrative and operational teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and updating records, files, and databases
Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups
Manage emails, documentation, and reports
Provide support to other departments as required
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Follow up with clients for pending payments
Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related field)
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
