Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for digital marketing services
Handle Facebook Ads, Meta Ads & Google Ads after-sales processes
Assist in client account setup and campaign coordination
Maintain and update CRM with client details and service records
Provide after-sales service support through calls and follow-ups
Resolve basic client queries and ensure smooth communication
Work closely with sales and technical teams for client satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms is an advantage
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM software, email handling)
Organized and detail-oriented approach
Ability to handle multiple clients professionally
