Key Responsibilities
Manage general office administration, documentation, and filing systems.
Handle
vendor management
, including coordination with suppliers, couriers, service providers, and maintenance agencies.
Support
event management activities
, such as office events, meetings, and internal coordination.
Handle bank-related work, government office visits, and other outdoor coordination tasks.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall office upkeep.
Assist management with scheduling, communication, coordination, and follow-ups.
Support daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in office coordination or administration.
Comfortable with
outdoor work
(bank visits, vendor coordination, government offices).
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Basic working knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel)
and email correspondence.
Honest, punctual, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
