Handle inquiries from international clients
Generate leads through Google & online directories
Send emails, quotations & follow-ups
Assist in order processing & after-sales support
Maintain records of leads & customer communication
Coordinate with production & logistics
Build long-term customer relations
Requirements:
Good written & verbal communication
Basic MS Office knowledge
Ability to research and identify potential clients
Experience in engineering plastics/industrial products is an added advantage
