Back Office Coordinator

Location:

Rakhial, Ahmedabad

Role & Responsibility:



? Manage administrative records, files, and documentation.

? Coordinate internal communication and follow up on tasks.

? Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

? Handle data entry, verification, and database updates.

? Support HR, accounts, and operations teams with documentation tasks.

? Monitor emails, respond to queries, and route information appropriately.

? Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.

? Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

? Ensure smooth handling of daily operational workflows.

? Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?10,401.35 - ?20,000.00 per month
