We are hiring a Backoffice Support Assistant for our software company in Akshar Chowk, Vadodara.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer questions through phone, email, or chat in a polite and timely manner
Share product information and help customers use the software
Solve basic issues and guide users step-by-step
Collect records of new potential customers and update them in the excel
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, BPO, or as Telecaller.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn software
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Local candidates only)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
