Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and send

price quotations

from our CRM Software. Conduct

follow-ups via email and phone

with corporate customers and dealers. Coordinate daily with

sales employees

to track progress and pending tasks. Perform

cold calling

to dealers to share product details and rates. Maintain and update

customer databases and pricing information

. Share

latest pricing and offers

with customers as per instructions. Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of work experience

in a similar back office, sales coordination, or administrative role.

Fluency in English

(spoken and written) is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Email tools)

. Well-organized with an ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently. Experience in B2B sales coordination or electronics distribution is an advantage.

Work Schedule:



Full-time (Monday to Saturday) (10:00 am to 07:00 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
