JOB DESCRIPTION -



The Back Office Coordinator is involved in planning and scheduling projects, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are executed within set timelines and budget constraints. The Back Office Coordinator collaborates with various departments to gather information, provide support, and ensure that projects progress smoothly by aligning efforts across teams. Handle data entry and update records accurately. Manage office documentation and filing systems. Coordinate with the front office team to streamline administrative functions. Prepare regular reports and summaries as required. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Support in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings. Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
