4. Coordinating with clients or customers to determine specifications for projects and communicating these requirements to the appropriate team members.
5. Providing support for other staff members by answering questions about procedures or policies.
6. Monitoring work quality to ensure that it meets company standards.
7. Acting as a liaison between project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are moving along smoothly.
8. Monitoring budgets, timesheets and work schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time.
9. Create, maintain and enhance Excel reports/audits.
