We are looking for a person to manage the front desk as well daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with filing and other clerical tasks.

May assist with data entry, photocopying, or other administrative tasks.

Process bills and help clients or customers with any questions about their charges.

Organize files for billing, customer, and client records, etc.

Sense of urgency with the ability to multitask under pressure.

Calculating taxes and submitting tax returns to comply with the law

Managing the company's accounts to ensure on-time payment and overseeing the software system for financial needs

Maintain the privacy of financial information and, when necessary, backup databases

Make and evaluating the organisation's year-end financial accounts

Qualification



Any graduate
