Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to manage

vendor sourcing, sampling, and production follow-ups

. The role involves coordinating with vendors from

order confirmation until production completion

, ensuring timelines are met and all updates are tracked accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Source and coordinate with vendors via

IndiaMART / Alibaba

Follow up on

sampling, approvals, and revisions

Track

production status, timelines, and completion

Coordinate with vendors via

WhatsApp, email, and calls

Update

Google Sheets / CRM

with regular status updates Share daily progress and nightly reporting updates
Required Skills

2-3 years experience in vendor coordination / operations / sourcing Experience with

production & sampling follow-ups

Proficient in

Google Sheets / Excel and CRM systems

Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
Compensation

Fixed Salary (as per experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
