Handle courier, mail, and other communication tasks.
Maintain records of attendance, visitors, and office assets.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Support HR and Accounts teams in documentation and coordination.
Ensure compliance with office policies and safety standards.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required.
Coordinate with internal departments for information and task follow-ups.
Maintain files (physical and digital) in an organized manner.
