Manage all back-office operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
Maintain and update customer accounts, files, and databases using computer applications and office software.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
Support customer care team by providing backend assistance and resolving escalated cases.
Prepare reports, analyze data, and summarize information for management review.
Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take initiative to improve back-office efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Customer Support Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong time management and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
