Location: Erandwane, Pune
Position: Back Office Executive
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back-office operations of the real estate firm.
Manage client databases, documentation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients, property owners, and brokers via calls and whatsapp.
Maintain proper records of properties, leads and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and office administration tasks.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, etc.).
Good communication & organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in documentation.
Professional and presentable attitude.
Excellent Communications is mandatory
Max budget : 13 K-14 K
Week off - Tuesday
Timing - 10:30 am to 06:30 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
