Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Bengaluru. The Operations Associate will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations, and handling various administrative tasks. They will coordinate with different departments, monitor operational performance, and implement improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves liaising with clients and addressing their queries, ensuring high standards of customer service.

Qualifications:

Graduate or undergraduate Freshers or experience 1-2 Years in background screening is added advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills Analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook knowledge. Effective communication skills Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
