Responsible for providing administrative, operational, and data management support to ensure smooth functioning of office and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Manage emails, calls, and client queries (non-customer-facing).
Support accounting, logistics, or sales teams with backend tasks.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
