Prepare and maintain sales orders, invoices, and daily reports
Handle dealer orders and follow up on pending requirements
Maintain accurate records of stocks, dispatch, and production updates
Organise and maintain files, data, and company documents
Excel & Data Management
Work on Microsoft Excel for daily data entry
Create charts, tables, MIS reports, and monthly performance reports
Maintain spreadsheets related to dealer orders, sales, and production
Customer & Dealer Communication
Handle incoming customer calls and dealer queries
Provide order status updates to dealers
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times
General Office Work
Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Support sales and back office operations as required
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, basic formulas, charts, data entry)
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)
Professional and polite phone handling
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification & Experience
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
1-3 years of experience in back office/admin/customer support (Freshers with good skills can also apply)
Salary
Based on experience (Specify your range: e.g., ?10,000 - ?15,000 per month)
