We are seeking an organized and proactive Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, calling and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Speaking Hindi is Mandatory.
Responsibilities
Day to Day task of Office.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Organize files, records, and office supplies.
Making calls to clients, customer & Vendors.
Assist with personal tasks, including errands and event coordination.
Customer Handling & Briefing
Observing Delivery of Material and Purchase.
Requirements
Fresher or Experience can apply.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mails, Googling.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and professionalism.

Howrah - Opposite Narayana Hospital, Howrah
