Key Responsibilities



Handle

end-to-end documentation work

related to sales, dispatch, and operations. Prepare and support

bid and tender documentation

as per company and client requirements. Create and manage

invoices, dispatch documents, delivery challans

, and related records. Generate and maintain

E-Way Bills

in compliance with statutory regulations. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all documents. Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS using

Advanced MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas). Coordinate with internal departments for smooth documentation and dispatch processes. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience in

documentation, billing, and dispatch processes

. Strong working knowledge of

E-Way Bill creation

.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

is mandatory. Good communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
