as per company and client requirements.
Create and manage
invoices, dispatch documents, delivery challans
, and related records.
Generate and maintain
E-Way Bills
in compliance with statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all documents.
Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS using
Advanced MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth documentation and dispatch processes.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in
documentation, billing, and dispatch processes

Strong working knowledge of
E-Way Bill creation
.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
is mandatory.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
