We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle clerical duties, data entry, record maintenance, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of back-end office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company data and transactions
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation
Support accounting, HR, and logistics departments as required
Prepare and process invoices, reports, and other documents
Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication
Assist in maintaining and updating office databases and systems
Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Requirements:
Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
