Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for smooth office operations
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally
Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation (both digital and physical)
Support the firm with basic administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, expense management, and invoice processing
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office supplies and maintenance
Assist management with data entry, reporting, and other operational support tasks
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations
High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
1-2 years of experience in handling organizational documentation
