The Back Office Assistant / Stenographer will support daily administrative operations, documentation, data management, and clerical functions. The role requires good typing/shorthand skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records and confidential information.
Coordinate with internal departments for daily work requirements
Draft letters, notices, circulars, and official documents
Ensure timely submission of dictated assignments.
Handle basic communication with vendors, clients, or visitors when required
