We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support our Tours & Travels operations. The candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, travel consultants, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back-office operations related to tours, travel, and visa services.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, client details, and travel documents.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for reservations.
Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and travel itineraries.
Support travel consultants by providing updated information and required documentation.
Manage email communication, client queries, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper filing and safe handling of client documents (passport, visa, tickets, etc.).
Assist in preparing travel quotations, packages, and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Travel & Tourism or related field).
1-2 years of experience in Tours & Travels / Visa Consulting / Back Office operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
