The Back Office Executive will support the real estate operations by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth documentation processes, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize documents related to property transactions, agreements, and client records.
Assist in data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy.
Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and external partners.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely support.
Organize and maintain property documents and client records.
Perform data entry and manage databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology.
