Job Description

We are seeking a

dedicated and detail-oriented female Back Office Coordinator

to manage day-to-day administrative and support tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in office software, and able to handle coordination and documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and manage all back-office administrative operations. Coordinate with sales and field staff for order processing and daily updates. Prepare and maintain Excel reports, invoices, bills, and delivery records. Handle calls, emails, and document communications with clients and vendors. Follow up with clients for payment and dispatch confirmation. Maintain digital and physical filing systems. Support management in scheduling meetings and tracking project status. Ensure smooth documentation and compliance for product dispatches and purchase entries.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
