Administration / Accounts Support (only for women)

Experience:
0-2 Years (Freshers may apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain
proper filing and documentation
of office, accounts, and employee-related records.
Verify and process
travel expenses and reimbursement documents
.
Support the
Accounts Department
in tracking invoices, payments, and outstanding dues.
Perform
general office work
such as data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvals.
Provide
administrative support to other employees
as and when required.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and email communication
.
Good communication skills for
payment follow-ups and coordination
.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred (Added Advantage):
Experience in back office, accounts support, or documentation work.
Basic understanding of invoicing, billing, and payment recovery processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
