We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to manage daily administrative operations, documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to support internal teams smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
Maintain updated databases, reports, and internal dashboards.
Handle email communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, agreements, and other documents.
Maintain files, records, and confidential information securely.
Support HR and Operations with onboarding paperwork, attendance, and compliance tasks.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners for basic information & updates.
Monitor office inventory, stationery, and logistics-related tasks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Ensure smooth back-end operations for finance, HR, and sales teams.
Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in back-office / admin roles preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and deadlines.
Organized, disciplined, and process-driven.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
