Prepare and generate accurate sales orders and corresponding delivery challans to facilitate timely dispatch of goods.
Customer Order Management:
Attend incoming calls, professionally record customer orders, and address initial queries to ensure a positive client experience.
Billing Operations:
Handle end-to-end client billing, create invoices, and accurately enter all billing data into the company's system.
Client Coordination:
Proactively handle and fulfill specific client requirements, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Accounts Receivable Support:
Conduct systematic follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
Tender Management:
Assist in the preparation, documentation, and submission of offline tender forms and related paperwork.
Communication Management:
Promptly and professionally revert to client and vendor emails, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
