We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our company's operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, processing data, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
Handle data entry, verification, and processing of information.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS (Management Information System) data.
Coordinate with front office, sales, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Process invoices, bills, and other financial documents (if required).
Respond to emails, calls, and internal communication promptly.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Support day-to-day administrative activities and office management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or a related role.
Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
