Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Handle accounting tasks, including basic bookkeeping and Tally operations.
Assist in documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
Prepare reports and summaries as required.
Support front-line teams by managing behind-the-scenes operations.
Maintain workflow accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Perform other administrative and support functions as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and familiarity with
Tally
.
Basic knowledge of
accounting principles
and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
