To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide courteous support to management, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documentation.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with data entry, documentation.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry items, place orders as required.
Welcome and assist visitors; arrange and serve refreshments for guests and meetings.
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as needed.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the office environment.
Liaise with all local authorities for registrations, licenses etc..
Arrange delivery and collection of documents from and to various vendors.
Arrange repairs and maintenance of office as per the requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, professional, and service-oriented attitude.Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own a two-wheeler
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
