Back Office Assistant

Job Description

We're looking for a candidate to manage and assist back-office activities, including sales follow-up, pending order follow-up, and new customer management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales follow-up and pending orders

- Handle new customer inquiries and relationships

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Malayalam

- Tally knowledge Preferred

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software

- Candidates from Ernakulam region preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
