Prepare reports, invoices, and other office documents.
Manage correspondence--emails, calls, and courier dispatch.
Assist management with daily office activities and follow-ups.
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
5-6 years of experience in back-office or administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
