We are looking for a detail-oriented
Back Office Assistant
to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in documentation, data handling, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage
office documents, records, and files
accurately
Perform
data entry and reporting
using MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal documents
Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day back-office operations
Ensure proper record-keeping and document control
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Graduation completed (mandatory)
Experience:
2-3 years in a similar back-office or administrative role
Strong working knowledge of
MS Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
Good
verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
