Job Summary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration
o Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
o Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales activities.
o Assist in managing sales pipelines, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Customer Communication
o Respond to customer inquiries in collaboration with account managers.
o Handle basic customer service issues related to sales orders.
Data & Reporting
o Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
o Analyse data for trends, insights, and opportunities to improve sales processes.
Internal Coordination
o Collaborate with marketing for sales enablement materials and campaign support.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
