We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Admin Assistant
to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate has basic to moderate English communication skills, is comfortable working night shifts in-office, and can handle multiple admin tasks with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
Assist the admin department with daily operational tasks.
Manage and maintain both physical and digital files.
Support general office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
2. Documentation & Data Handling
Prepare, organize, and update documents and reports.
Create and format presentations as needed.
Prepare and manage Excel sheets (data entry, basic formulas, tracking).
3. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, task updates, and follow-ups.
Support internal communication and ensure tasks are completed on time.
4. General Admin Duties
Handle basic administrative tasks as assigned.
Contribute to overall office efficiency and preparedness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
3 months to 1 year in an admin or assistant role.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
English Communication:
Moderate English speaking/writing skills are sufficient.
Organization:
Good time management and ability to multitask.
Attention to Detail:
Reliable, accurate, and thorough.
Professionalism:
Responsible and able to handle admin tasks efficiently.
Shift:
Must be comfortable working
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (In-Office)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
