to support our e-commerce operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative, operational, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth business processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced online retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.).
Maintain and organize data related to orders, inventory, and customer records.
Coordinate with logistics partners for order dispatch, tracking, and return management.
Process and verify online orders, invoices, and refunds.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and performance reports.
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams for stock availability and product updates.
Support the customer service team with backend order updates or issue resolutions.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
0-2 years of experience in back-office or e-commerce operations (freshers may apply).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
