Job Title: Diamond Order Processing Executive (Night Shift - USA Operations)

Location:

Surat, Gujarat

Shift Timing:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Saturday: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a

dedicated and detail-oriented Diamond Order Processing Executive

to join our night shift team. The selected candidate will work closely with our

USA office

, managing order processes, vendor coordination, and client communications efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Process diamond orders and coordinate with both

vendors and clients

. Handle

email communication

with international clients (primarily USA). Enter and update order information in the

ERP system

. Ensure timely follow-up with clients to confirm order details, updates, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate documentation and transaction records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatches.

Requirements:

Good command of English

(written and verbal) -- must be comfortable communicating via email. Basic understanding of

business correspondence and client communication.

Knowledge of

ERP or data entry software

preferred (training will be provided). Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently during night shifts. Prior experience in diamond industry operations will be an added advantage.

Schedule:

Night Shift:

Monday to Friday, 7 PM - 4 AM

Saturday:

2 PM - 6 PM
