Job Description

Transport Coordination:



Arrange and coordinate transportation for steel material deliveries. Communicate with transporters, drivers, and clients to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery. Maintain transport records and follow up for delivery confirmation.

File and Documentation Handling:



Maintain and organize physical and digital files related to invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and payment receipts. Assist in preparing and verifying documents for dispatch and internal records. Keep documentation up-to-date for audits and internal reviews.

Collections Support:



Occasionally assist in coordinating or following up for payment collections from clients. Maintain basic records of outstanding payments and inform the sales team accordingly. Support in preparing collection reports when required.

Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks:



Perform general office duties such as data entry, printing, scanning, and filing. Support the sales and accounts teams with day-to-day office tasks. Manage office supplies and ensure proper upkeep of office resources. Handle courier dispatches and inward documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
