Key Responsibilities
? Maintain and update records, databases, and files (both electronic and paper).
? Coordinate with Sales & Accounts departments for document collection, verification, and
filing.
? Handle daily data entry tasks with high accuracy.
? Perform regular audits of documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
? Assist in preparing internal reports, letters, and memos.
? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
? Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
