We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Back Office Assistant
to support our day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth internal processes, record maintenance, and timely reporting. If you're someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs like clockwork--this role is for you!
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Data entry and record management in digital or physical formats
Handling documentation, filing, and retrieval of company records
Coordinating with internal departments for workflow alignment
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining trackers
Managing and updating databases, customer records, and internal systems
Responding to internal queries and assisting with information gathering
Assisting in inventory or resource management where required
Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and mailing
Monitoring emails and routing communication to relevant departments
Ensuring confidentiality and security of company information at all times
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (any stream)
Additional certifications in computer applications or office management will be a plus
Good typing speed and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and in a team
Effective written and verbal communication

Pay: ?9,303.94 - ?21,229.13 per month
