Back Office Assistant
to support our daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our back-end processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls politely and professionally, note customer requirements, and route queries where necessary.
Accurately record and maintain order details and client information.
Prepare and issue quotations through CRM and maintain records.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material purchase and order follow-ups.
Maintain bills, invoices, and payment records in a systematic and organised manner.
Monitor pending payments from clients and assist in follow-ups.
Support in inventory and material purchase planning.
General back office administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Skills & Requirements:
? Quick learner with the ability to adapt to processes and tools.
? Strong basic math and calculation skills with good common sense and accuracy.
? Proficient in MS Office, email, and preferably familiar with CRM software.
? Good communication skills -- both verbal and written.
? Highly organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? Minimum qualification:
? Prior experience in similar role preferred One week training will be given, and the candidate has to be smart enough to learn things quickly.
