Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day
back office operations of the Director.
Handle
Google Drive, Google Sheets & Excel
(data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
Maintain customer records, inquiries, and documentation
Coordinate with sales team for quotations, follow-ups & dispatch details
Assist in preparing reports, and daily tracking sheets
Handle email communication, phone calls, and appointment scheduling
Support office admin tasks and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain files, invoices, and order-related documents
Candidate Requirements
Female candidate with
good communication skills
Strong grip on
MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google Drive
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and handle work independently
Professional and presentable behaviour
Prior experience in back-office / admin roles preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
