Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Customer Relation Calls, Balance confirmation calls.

Clerical accounting work.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Work Experience Requirements:



Minimum

2-3

years of experience.

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, VLookup Table, Pivot Table and Outlook).

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Good communication skills in English (Vocal and Email Drafting).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external company's staff/ team members.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
