Maintain and update project records, reports, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and dispatch teams for project tracking.
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch schedules.
Assist in compiling tender and client-related documentation.
Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers.
Handle internal communication between departments for smooth execution.
Maintain database of transformer specifications, approvals, and client feedback.
Support quality documentation, inspection records, and testing reports.
