Back Office Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Back Office Executive
to support our administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Female candidates are preferred
due to the nature of specific operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and back-office tasks
Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communication
Handle email correspondence, data entry, and filing
Coordinate with internal departments for workflow support
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information
Support the HR/Operations team as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
