Job Description

Must have knoledge of Advance Excel, Ms-Word, Power-Point Emailing Handle data entry, documentation and other office work Good Communication Skill Minimum qualification: 12th pass

Key Responsibilities:



Handle data entry, documentation, and record management Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets Prepare reports using MS Excel (basic & advanced formulas) Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and internal documents Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow Manage emails, phone calls, and official communication Support the team in daily administrative and back-office tasks

Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Attention to detail and good organizational skills Basic knowledge of computer operations and office equipment Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Experience in back-office or administrative work is an advantage
