We are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge of
MS Excel
and
email communication
. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
and supporting the project or sales team in daily coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain data in Excel sheets.
Assist in preparing BOQs and related project documents.
Handle email communication with clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for project updates.
Maintain proper documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in coordination with multiple teams.
A graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
