Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
Visit nearby locations (e.g., embassies, courier offices, government departments) for document delivery or collection.
Support the attestation process by maintaining accurate records.
Enter data, maintain Excel sheets, and assist with filing and scanning.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams as needed.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & computer usage.
Comfortable traveling locally within Delhi/NCR for deliveries or official tasks.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
