will support our operational, sales, and installation teams by handling administrative and clerical tasks, processing documentation, and maintaining organized records. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, timely communication, and a seamless customer experience from project start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and installation documentation.
Process permit applications and track approvals with local bodies.
Support scheduling of site surveys, installations, and inspections.
Handle incoming calls and emails related to customer inquiries and internal coordination.
Assist with inventory data entry and supplier communication.
Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Generate regular reports on project status, material tracking, and performance metrics.
Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document control.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus).
Previous experience in an administrative or back office support role (solar or construction industry experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of solar installation processes or willingness to learn.
